Facade wool is used for facade insulation with a unique, two-layer structure. Thanks to the dense, hard surface it is suitable for thin and thicker plasters. At a lambda value of 0.034 W / mK, the panels provide very good thermal insulation as well as high sound insulation.
The superiority over conventional insulating panels with lamellar surfaces lies in the clearly visible strongly compressed outer surface. This protects the facade panels against harmful external factors such as mechanical damage or weather conditions. In addition, the panels allow, with the help of additional mechanical fasteners (hammer anchors with a metal nail), to carry heavy loads, because they can occur, for example, in various plaster systems with thick, heavy layers. The inner layer is made of flexible wool. This facilitates installation on the facade with protrusions, thus preventing the formation of linear thermal bridges.
Wool boards offer excellent insulating properties. In addition, they are non-flammable. The spread of fire in the insulated facade of this board is much more difficult. The material has great acoustic properties - reduces noise from outside. Wool is also waterproof throughout the entire section, but also provides good water vapor permeability.
